Holiday Closures: Please note that our store is closed on most national holidays, Thursday through Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve until the first of the new year, and Labor Day weekend. For exact closing dates, contact our store.

Retail Return Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Public Rental: For rentals, a valid credit card and state-issued picture identification are required. Please note that there are no cancellations or refunds.

  • To reserve a costume, the rental fee must be paid in full. A rental agreement must be completed and signed, and your driver’s license will be copied and attached to the rental contract.
  • Payment may be made in cash or credit card. Your credit card information will be kept on file until your costume is returned.
  • Rentals are for 24 hours or for a weekend (pick-up on Friday and return on Monday). Additional days are available for $5.00 per costume per day, up to $25.00 per costume per week.
  • If you wish to exchange a costume, 50% of your previously paid costume rental will be applied toward the replacement costume.
  • Same-day or rush alterations will incur additional fees.
  • For fittings involving four or more costumes for a third party, a non-refundable $50.00 deposit will apply per fitting hour. This amount will be credited toward the paid reservation of the garments.
