Measurement

Once you confirm your production details, please print and complete the measurement forms here. Then, email them to information@kccostume.com (or fax them to 816-221-6699). Ensure our team receives them at least fifteen (15) business days before your scheduled costume pickup or shipment.

Receipt & Returning

Upon receipt of your completed measurement forms, we’ll tag clean costumes individually to match your character, costume pieces, and accessories. Depending on the size of your production, some items may be listed on a separate shipping manifest. When returning costumes, you should ensure they are accompanied by their tags. We kindly ask that you refrain from cleaning them; we’ll handle that upon return.

Shipping Details

Costumes scheduled for shipping will leave our facility no less than 4-6 business days before the requested delivery date at no extra charge. Postmark costumes for return two days after your rental period ends, ensuring their arrival at our facility within 3-7 business days. Rental pricing covers one week (Monday-Sunday), with discounts for additional rental weeks: the first extra week is 50% of the initial rental fee, and subsequent weeks are 25%.

Return Conditions

You must return the costumes in same condition in which you received them. Our staff will assess any damage and may apply additional fees for excessive repair, cleaning, or replacement due to loss or damage.

Shipping Methods

Unless otherwise specified, costumes will be shipped via UPS. Because we use a 3rd party shipping company, your rental estimate does not include shipping and handling fees. For those without a FedEx or UPS account, we will add shipping and handling fees to your bill, which you must pay in full before packages will be released to the shipping company for transit.

Payment Requirements

Before you receive your costumes, via pickup or shipping, we require a completed purchase order, check, or credit card payment. Our policy is to only accept purchase orders from state or federally funded schools, colleges, and select government entities. In some cases, we may accept them at the time of sale or rental. Personal checks will not be accepted.
