School Rental Policies

Once we have confirmed the details of your production, print out the measurement forms here, complete them, and fax to 816-221-6699 (or email to information@kccostume.com). This should be completed no later than ten business days before your costumes are scheduled to be picked up or shipped. When your costumes are scheduled to be ready, you will receive them clean with individual tags that correspond with your character, costume pieces, and accessories. Please remember to return the costumes with their tags. For your convenience, we ask that you do not clean the costumes, we are happy to take care of that once they have been returned to us.

Costumes that are shipping will leave our facility 3-5 business days prior the requested delivery date at no extra rental charge. Costumes are expected to arrive at our facility within 5-7 business days following the last performance (two days for customers within 50 miles). Rental pricing is for one week. Additional rental week discounts are as follows: The first extra week is 50% of the initial rental fee. All subsequent weeks are 25% of the initial rental fee.

We must receive a completed purchase order (checks and credit cards are also accepted) prior to releasing your rental. As an added service to state or federally funded schools, colleges, and select city / state / federal entities, we will accept purchase orders at the time of sale or costume rental.

Costumes should be returned in good condition. If damage has occurred, our staff will try to repair the garment. If they are unable to do so, you may be subject to replacement fees. You will also be responsible for lost items.

Unless picked up at our location, your costumes will be shipped FedEx. We do not pad shipping fees, and there is never a charge for handling.
