Public Rental Policies

A valid credit card and state issued picture identification are required for rental.

To reserve a costume the rental fee must be paid in full. A rental agreement must be completed and signed. Your driver’s license will be copied and attached to the rental contract. Payment may be made in cash or credit card. Your credit card information will be kept on file until your costume is returned.

A rental is for 24 hours or for a weekend (pick-up on Friday and return on Monday). Rental prices typically range from $35.00-$125.00 depending on the quality and elaborate details of the garments. Additional days are $5.00 per costume per day, up to $25.00 per costume per week.

There are NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS.

If you wish to exchange a costume for a different one, 50% of your previously paid costume rental will be applied toward the replacement costume.

If alterations have been made, an additional $10.00 fee will apply.

Refunds will not be made in the event that the 50% credit from the previously rented costume exceeds the total cost of the replacement costume.

The following applies to theatrical, school, or corporate rentals only:
Once a rental has been paid in full, we allow the costumes to be removed early for a pre-event photoshoot for up to 24 hours. This is only allowed once. Once returned, the costumes will be held without cleaning for a maximum of 30 days until your actual scheduled rental date.

If you wish to schedule fittings for a third party involving four or more costumes, a non-refundable $50.00 deposit will apply. The $50.00 will be credited toward the paid reservation of the garments.
